How do I schedule updates to my accounts?

https://www.quicken.com/support/how-schedule-when-quicken-updates-account-information says to use the Tools > Scheduled Updates menu item but there isn't any menu item like that in my copy of Quicken Deluxe (for Mac).

The product info at the top of that link says it's for Windows. There is no scheduled update feature in QMac. You would have to use a third party macro tool such as www.keyboardmaestro.com.
