Company Match for 401k

I have been contributing to a Fidelity 401k for quite a while. During that time, the bonus checks I get do not automatically have the company match. I usually wait until the purchase and enter the company match manually to match the stock purchase. On Jan 31, 2019 I tried to enter the company match as I have done many times before. When I saved the Bonus check, my normal contribution disappeared from the 401k register and all that was there from the Bonus check was the company match. I tried everything I could to fix this but ended up having to manually update the 401k cash balance on the date of the Bonus check. Has anyone else seen this? Windows 10 Home version 10.0.17763, Quicken 2019 Version R18.15, Build 27.1.18.15.
