some stock quotes not downloading

i have seen many issues around daily stock quotes not downloading; this is another. what i see is that half of my stocks/mutual funds do a daily download/update of the price on the market, other half does not. the non-updated ones only show last update (a little clock face) of weeks ago, yet i see these mutual funds trading daily on the market, and the price fluctuating. i have the symbol correct, and i have tried the type as Mutual Fund and Stock, with no difference in the result. They are all on the Toronto exchange.  How do i resolve the fact that some do, and some do not download stock prices? Windows 2016 Quicken.

    You may want to start with a file validation to see if that corrects. File>File Operations>Validate, select Rebuild Investing Lots. The other option, Correct investing price history is new, so I cannot vouch for it. If the first validate does not resolve, with a recent backup in hand, you might want to select the price history option.l
