Not all stock quotes are updating in a timely manner

For the past several weeks, many of my portfolio holding, mostly ETF's and Mutual Funds, are not updating quotes within 2 hours of the market closing. Both my FI and Yahoo Finance show the updated quote, but investing.quicken.com is not.
Question 1 - Is this a known issue and are there plans to correct?
Question 2 - What is the Quicken source for quotes?

    Hello Reed. Appreciate your question.

1: It happens to some ticker symbols, but they should all come down with the updates from our quote provider.
2: Our quote provider is Morningstar Research: http://www.morningstar.com/

Hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Respectfully,
    ~ Quicken Harold.

IIRC, mutual fund companies have to do some number crunching after the stock market closes, to calculate their price quotes. This can take several hours, duration probably varies by company.
How about waiting an extra hour or two before you try downloading quotes? That might improve results.
