Saving & Printing Invoices

Ok, I've been using Quicken for several years but recently had to upgrade from the 2013 version to 2019 and am NOT liking it.  Right now, my issue is that when I create an invoice, I can't find a way to save it - only to e-mail it.  It's like there should be a "save" button but there isn't.  I need to be able to print and mail invoices and keep a file copy (I work in a business that is a little more old-fashioned than e-mailing invoices).  I tried e-mailing an invoice to myself and it got caught in our spam filter.  I did go in to the filter and get it released so it came through, but am concerned that clients would run into similar problems as well. 

Is there a way to save and then print without having to email myself?  Thanks!
