The register sort function

I am using the starter version 2019.
One feature the older quicken had was to be able to sort your register date and order of an entry. It seesm the new version wants to put all deposits first, the EFT and then cks. I want to enter data in the register and keep it in that order for that date. i.e if I enter the following for 2/19/2019
eft
eft
dep
ck#
eft
eft
That is the way I want it to stay
Any suggestions?

Use one of the sort options "Order Entered" or "Date/Order Entered". It sounds like the latter is what you want.
