Is it possible to install Q 2015 Rental Property Manager from CD to new WIndows 10 computer?

Question

I have not been able to get past the registration page to open the program after successful CD download. I know Quicken is not supporting this version anymore. However, I don't need internet access. I would be content working offline.

You need to install this Mondo Patch to fork from the Intuit login to Quicken Inc. login.https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-update-quicken-windows
If you are reinstalling Quicken 2015 to use without 
connected services, you will still need to install the latest update 
patch to complete the registration process. Please be aware that 
although we provide this link to assist with the installation, Quicken 
2015 is no longer supported. If you encounter any issues while 
attempting to complete this installation, Quicken Support will be unable
 to assist.

First, install Quicken 2015. Then, when prompted to start the 
registration, close Quicken. Install the corresponding patch below and 
complete the registration.

* Quicken 2015 Canada Patch

Patches for Quicken 2014 and older versions are no longer available.
