AT&T quotes

Each time I download security prices, there's an error message for AT&T (see below) even though Q is correctly downloading its quote. Any idea why this message keeps popping up? Thanks!

    I remember this irritating screen. The symbol is correct, but it still would not download. If I recall, unselect the download and then go to securities and re-add. It's been fine ever since.

    It is popping up because some Quicken is asking for the price of SOME security and not getting it.  The program is incorrectly pointing at AT&T.  You need to search deeper to determine which other security price is not getting updated. A comprehensive portfolio view may be helpful.
