Almost all of my January rental entries are not to be found

I recently noticed that my January rent entries are no longer available.  I also notice that tenants that I entered into the system months ago are no longer showing, but all of my February entries seem ok  I am running Quicken Rental Property Manager 2015 but have downloaded the newest updates.  Can someone help me find out where these entries have went.  Please help!

    If some transactions suddenly appear to be missing in a register the first thing to check is that you have the register sorted in ascending date order and that there are no filters applied.

    If that doesn't reveal the missing items, try creating a report covering the relevant time period and which you would expect to include them.

    If you still can't find the missing items try restoring a backup from just before you noticed the items were missing and see if they are in that file.
