Edward Jones account - not downloading corporate notes

I have an Edward Jones money market account. Quicken links to the account fine, downloads the cash and CD's fine however there is an area of corporate notes classified as 'corporate' by Edward Jones that Quicken is not including. Is there a way to have Quicken include this when the account is updated?

Just to clarify - guessing you have an Edward Jones account,
that has a MM,
and other holdings....like your CDs and these Corp Notes -

Yes. We have 7 separate Edward Jones accounts. The one in question is a money market account. It has cash, CD's and one corporate note. The cash and cd's update just fine when the account is updated however Quicken (Deluxe for Mac) will not include this one corporate note. Any ideas?
