I have used Quicken for years ... I do it manually, not with the bank. I want to use as a balance and reconcile for my checkbook. Since my 2010 Quicken wouldn't work on my new computer I bought Organize your money 2019. I added my back up but when i went into my reconcile the deposits aren't showing and some of my other transactions aren't either. What do I need to do??

Just to clarify - are you saying your Organize Your Money 2019 (is that a computer program, as I can't find it) is not properly reading and processing your old Quicken 2010 backup file ?0
