How to open quicken with a specific file

Some time ago I programed my Quicken start icon on Windows desk top to open Quicken with a specific file. My computer crashed and I can't remember what to add after: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\qw.exe"

You don't have to change the Desktop start icon for Quicken to go a specific file. Quicken always remembers the last file it used and will open that automatically, next time you start Quicken.
By default, your Quicken data files are (should be) located in your \Documents\Quicken folder.
When you start Quicken for the first time, it should prompt you what to do. The most likely course of action would be to restore your Quicken data file from the most recent backup taken before the crash. You do have backups stored on an external disk drive or on a cloud server (Dropbox, Microsoft One Drive, etc.), don't you?

Why bother - as mentioned, Quicken will remember the last Q file used.
If you don't know where you saved your Q files - you can start Quicken ...
--> File --> Find Quicken Files
