Wy the mobile app isn't available in the App Store?

I live in Brazil.
Yesteday I updated my program to QUICKEN DELUXE 2019.
The main reason was the possibility to use an IOS App from my iPhone XR.
But I can't find it at App Store.
Do you the reazon?
Are there limited areas to have the App available?

Yes, there are region specific limitations. Quicken is North America only now and the app will not work without the desktop version.

The reason is that the Mobile App, like the desktop product, is only licensed for use in the US and Canada.

That’s a false assumption. You will not be able to take advantage of any online or mobile features without considerable hurdles. It would be better if you stay with Q2015. If you are still within the time limit, you should request a refund.

I have been used the quicken desktop version for more than 10 years.
The last version was 2013.
As I said belfore, the main reason to update was the possibility to use the App from my mobile.

I believe that there are US licensing regulations that disallow the LEGAL export of the product.Talk to the US Government ... we (other Quicken users) can't help you with this ... and the world has ALWAYS been global ... at least according to my globe!

I get the program from the Quicken web site. I put my brazilian adress but I had to choose a US State following a orientation from the Quicken web site suport.

Quicken program was already marketed in Brazil at the end of the 1990s in Portuguese language.
I've been using it ever since.
In the early 2000s it was no longer marketed in Brazil.
So I started using the English versions, downloading them directly from the Quicken website.
My last version was 2015.
Now I get the update for 2019 version because of the possibility of using the application in my mobile and directly from the web.
