Deleting Files

I have several Quicken files such as Data-Rev1, Data-Rev2 and Data-Rev3. Now I am more comfortable with my latest file -Rev3, No harm in deleting previous files. Correct?, So when I open Quicken, I don't have to be concerned with which file opened. Also, Do I need to do anything in the cloud where these files may also be residing?

Correct. You may want to reset the [RecentFiles] appropriately in your QUSER.INI file located within the user's hidden AppData folder.
With regard to deleting the Quicken Cloud data sets, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-edit-or-delete-your-cloud-datasets-quicken-windows5 -
When we select File, Quicken presents an ordered list of the four most recently accessed data files near the bottom of the menu. This list is maintained in the QUSER.INI file within the [RecentFiles] section. To remove the data files from this list, you should exit Quicken and edit the QUSER.INI file. If you are not able to view the C:\USERS\[your username]\AppData folder, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/show-hidden-files-and-folders You should then be able to locate the QUSER.INI file and carefully edit the file with a text editor (such as, Notepad) to eliminate the obsolete data files from the list.5

Sherlock, I understand the second part. Can explain in a little more detail what you mean by 'You may want to reset the [RecentFiles] appropriately in your QUSER.INI file located within the user's hidden AppData folder.'
Thanks.
