TD Webbroker accounts - transactions not available for download

None of my Investment accounts have the checkbox in the "Download column" on TD's Easyweb account screen.   I'm able to download portfolio quotes and historic prices but no transactions in my Webbroker accounts.  Is this by accident or design?

    You can download the quotes but not transactions from Webbroker.
