how to get mileage rates after 2017 in mileage tracker in Home & Business 2017, R19.1

I have Window 10 and Home & Business 2017 R19.1, Mileage tracker shows rates up to year 2017. How can I change to get new year rates?

    Frequently a laggard in this respect, Q has not yet made the Mileage Rates for 2019 available for download.
    If you do a WINDOWS search of your computer, you should be able to find the file "Milerate.TXT" ... which is easily editable in NotePad or WordPad (NOT MS Word) to update the rates.
