Quicken file locked
My subscription to Quicken Mac just renewed and now my Quicken file is locked. It will not recognize my password or any of my previous passwords. I tried opening a backup file and Quicken will not recognize the password for it either. This happened once before and I had to send the file to Quicken for them to remove the password and I do not want to go through that again. Has anyone else had this happen to the them and if yes, how was the problem resolved.
