Hello Sphinx49,
Sorry to hear that Citizens bank no longer offers the option to export a QFX file.
Per this article: https://www.quicken.com/support/web-connect-troubleshootingIf the financial institution no longer supports Web Connect in Quicken, the file cannot be authorized when importing.
Web Connect files require access to online services in order to validate the file and the transactions for security purposes. To be absolutely sure that Citizens bank no longer supports Web Connect, can you tell us whether you are using the Windows or Mac version?
Can you also tell us the website that you use to see these accounts?
Thank you!

Thank you for clarifying that!
Have you tried importing the OFX file? If so, what does it say or what happens?
If this doesn't work and the bank doesn't provide a QFX file of these transactions, then the transactions can't be imported into Quicken.
