Reconciling Loan Balance

My Loan balalnce is not correct druing synching.  I don't use the reminder feature. I just make the payment manually in my register.  When I sync, the loan balance is way off.  Can anyone advise?

    Are you talking about "Sync to Q Mobile / Web" or are you talking about transaction downloading from the bank / mortgage company?
    More details, please. What is not correct where?
