Hello @helshaw55
That's a great question and thank you for taking the time to share it with the Community.
The difference between the "Bank of America - Quicken" and "Bank of America - All Other States" is the account type and connection method each name can support.
Bank of America - Quicken supports banking and credit accounts through the Express Web Connect / Quicken Connect method only.
Bank of America - All Other States supports banking, bill payments and credit accounts through the Direct Connect method. Or, banking and credit accounts through the Web Connect method.
Which name to select depends on what type of accounts you wish to download and through which connection method.
For more information on how Quicken connects to your Financial Institution please visit https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank.
I hope this information is helpful but please let us know if there are any further questions/concerns.
Thank you,
Sarah
