Flag on security account remains after accepting all transactions

The security account in question is linked to a money market account. Cash sweeps to the MMAc't automatically. Transactions are entered automatically and flagged with a blue dot. Account has a RED flag and shows 0 transactions and 0 reminders and 5 placeholders. There are no blue dots, all transactions have been acknowledged. Quicken Premier 2019 v 18.15 build 27.1.18.15

    FYI - as a result of reading other postings I just ran validate. No errors. Did not resolve problem.

    Check the online balance in reconcile matches the FI balance and Quicken balance. If not, edit it to match.

    The Linked Cash Management account is now reconciled. Cannot reconcile the Security account since it has a linked CMA. Just reviewed the placeholders (5) and none of their dates are recent. Flag still shows. Have backed up and saved. May consider restoring a day old file to see what happens.
