I dont have the option to make a report in PDF format in the tool bar.

I see on tutorials how to make a report in PDF but I dont have that option.
Also is there a way to change to the date formate from US to EU? It really messes with reports.

To produce a report in PDF format you use the print dialogue. Select the Print button on the report toolbar (or press CTRL-P):
Then in the Print dialogue select the PDF option from the printer list:
Then when you select "Print" you will be prompted to name and save the PDF file.
The date formats should be picked up from your Windows settings. I'm in the EU too and all my dates (in the registers and reports) are shown as DD/MM/YYYY. Make sure your short date setting is correct in Windows if you're seeing something different in Quicken.
