Turn off bill reminders in Quicken for Mac 2019

I updated to the 2019 version for Mac.  The new version is showing scheduled bill reminders under downloaded transactions.  I want to turn this off.  When I google how to do that it says to go to the tools menu, but there is not a tools menu that I can locate.  Can anyone help?

Here are some steps to turn off or remove the bill reminders:
1) Click on Bills and Income:

2) Once you see the bills reminders listed, click on the 3 dots with the circle on the right hand side of the reminder:


Once you click on the circle with the 3 dots, you can choose to Edit Schedule or Remove the Series altogether:
