Can I put a total Project Value anywhere in the Project Info?

We have large projects that our customers pay in various installments.
For example, the total project value may be $20,000 and we bill $5,000 / month. 

It would be nice to be able to show the total project value and what is remaining. 
What we do now is put it in the Description column on the invoice such as:

Total contracted value of $20,000 as per proposal dated January 18, 2019. 
Invoiced to date $5,000 + tax. 

Is there anywhere that Quicken can tabulate the amount paid and amount owing or should I just continue to put it in the description section? I can also put it in the Description section of the Job itself but again it would be nice to have an actual tabulation.

I am trying to get away from using our tiresome Excel spreadsheet for this.
