Recognizing categories

Since I've gotten the new 2019 version for Mac the categories don't consistently fill in correctly when I download transactions. 

For example, instead of Condo Exp. appearing in the category field for my condo, a personal spending category appears.  Even when I have corrected it, the correction doesn't hold for the next time this transaction is downloaded. 

This is happening on a few transactions that have been part of my Quicken application for years. 

Any suggestions?

    Supposedly this is a recent problem that Quicken is aware of. Future updates are supposed to improve the matching/categorization.
