How do eliminate the Quicken Cloud dataset so I can start from scratch?

I am getting back to using Quicken after months of no use. I deleted months of transactions and started using it with a recent statement. I also am attempting to use the mobile app. The mobile app still shows transactions that I deleted in the desktop program and it does not show correct balances. I would like to wipe out the cloud dataset so when I sync it will be like creating the first dataset.
