Does Mac support scheduled download of transactions?

If I keep Quicken for Mac running on my laptop, am I able to set up that it automatically downloads transactions for all online accounts say once a day at a given time?

No, that's not a feature in the current version. You would have to use a third party macro tool such as Keyboard Maestro to automate this. You could do it with AppleScript, but that would require more technical/coding skills.
