Tangerine account transacations error

For the past LONG time, I can't import my transacations/qfx file from tangerine bank into Quicken. This needs to be escalated and fixed!!! I get error "download unavailable! quicken is unable to update this account because web connect support for your financial institution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinues (cc-885)"

When I check Tangerine in the FI list, it shows that it is only available to be set up as Quicken Connect. Web Connect, which is needed to import a QFX file, is not available.
It is strange, but it appears that Tangerine has chosen to support/authorize Quicken Connect but not Web Connect. Quicken has no control over this. You will need to contact Tangerine and find out why they have not authorized Web Connect with Quicken. If it needs to be escalated, it is with Tangerine.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5

what is the difference between quicken connect and web connect?
I also tried to create the account in quicken automatically so it can bring in transactions automatically and I got a different error.
