Is there a way to get Estimated Income on Reports from bank accounts (money market, savings)

There is an Interest Rate Box on Account Details screen for Checking,Savings, Money Mkt accounts but an Estimated Income does not compute on Portfolio Performance Reports under Investing Tab

As spending account balances and interest rates fluctuate, any attempt to estimate the interest income likely would not be very reliable.  An approach you may want to consider is to use an income reminder: right click on the interest transaction and select Add reminder.
