Is there a known issue in connection with downloads from Vanguard, following the latest "update?"

As of last week downloaded items from Vanguard have been misfiled and an account has disappeared in Quicken (although fine @Vanguard). Trying to manually add resulted in a statement that "it already exists" although not visible and no gaps on quicken display.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details of this issue with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
We are not currently aware of issues downloading account and transaction data from Vanguard in Quicken for Mac although I apologize that you are experiencing difficulties.
If you haven't already, please go to the Accounts menu at the very top of Quicken and select "Hide and Show Accounts". In the window that opens, is the missing Vanguard Account listed and/or selected to hide in the Lists or Reports?
