Is there a known issue in connection with downloads from Vanguard, following the latest "update?"

As of last week downloaded items from Vanguard have been misfiled and an account has disappeared in Quicken (although fine @Vanguard). Trying to manually add resulted in a statement that "it already exists" although not visible and no gaps on quicken display.
