Why does Quicken on the Web use incorrect categories?

I'm using Quicken 2019 on a Windows 10 computer. When I sync to the Cloud, the categories for my transactions are not always the same ones I've accepted on Quicken Desktop. For example: Car, Home, Boat Insurance are entered as one split transaction on the Desktop, but on Quicken Web it shows up with the single category Life Insurance.

  • UGH!! After deleting my account data (no easy feat) on the cloud three times and then syncing each of my accounts individually I FINALLY got my information to sync accurately. Not even sure I want to look at Quicken on the web EVER again! What an absolute pain!!!
