Account setup @ Bank of America fails...

I've gotten there error: "We can't connect due a problem with Quicken Connected Services" several times over the last few weeks as I've tried to add a new account. It says "Error code: BID 5358"

Any ideas?

    How are you connecting to Bank of America? Quicken Connect or Direct Connect?

    It is appearing that you are trying to download via Direct Connect.
