Quicken not updating from Citizens Bank Checking account

I have Citizens Bank New England and it is not updating correctly. I am using Quicken Connect and my balance does not reflect the balance on my Citizens Bank dashboard. I have tried refreshing, reinputting passwords, etc. Why won't it update the balance?
Also, is there a way to do Direct Connect with Citizens Bank NE? Every time I try to do it, I type in all of the right information and it says the password or username is wrong. Which is not. Extremely frustrating.

I have Direct Connect with Citizens. It's working fine, although depending on your account type, they charge monthly for it.
The trick on the credentials is that the userid is the SSN of the primary account holder and the password is the ATM pin (although that may just be a coincidence; you may have to call them to set the PFM software pin). I think they have to enable it on their end, so you will probably need to give a call to their web support team in any case.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5
