Quicken not updating from Citizens Bank Checking account

I have Citizens Bank New England and it is not updating correctly. I am using Quicken Connect and my balance does not reflect the balance on my Citizens Bank dashboard. I have tried refreshing, reinputting passwords, etc. Why won't it update the balance?

Also, is there a way to do Direct Connect with Citizens Bank NE? Every time I try to do it, I type in all of the right information and it says the password or username is wrong. Which is not. Extremely frustrating.
