I am hoping someone can tell me how to disable quickens requests for passwords.
My machine is secured.
I don't want to constantly type in my password when I reboot, start quicken, update online account, etc...
What are my options?

Which password specifically are you having issues with? Data file password? Transaction password? Quicken ID password? Data Vault password? Bank passwords?Maybe this will help ...

If you are using Schedule Updates, you are required to enter Quicken at Windows startup, if you've selected that setting.Check that Before each scheduled update is not ticked. You are also required to enter your password prior to any online access/update. Short of that, there is no other password requirement. So after I reboot and logon to Windows and enter Schedule Update for Quicken, I am never prompted for a password except for access to online activities. That cannot be disabled, and will not change as the ability to move money is at risk and should be password protected.5
