Error Occurred During Your Online Banking Update

I download daily and have made no changes on my end. This morning received the above error message when attempting to download. Also displayed message about http 400 or 500. Ideas?

I download from two institutions - USAA and Chase.

I'm not able to download from either. I use direct connect.0

Just for the record ... there is a known issue with USAA
I don't know about Chase.
Calling Support on the phone might be your best bet.
