Error Occurred During Your Online Banking Update

I download daily and have made no changes on my end.  This morning received the above error message when attempting to download.  Also displayed message about http 400 or 500.   Ideas?

Using Quicken 17 for Mac Version 4.8.4 (Build 48.20111.100)

I download from two institutions - USAA and Chase.

I'm not able to download from either. I use direct connect.

Just for the record ... there is a known issue with USAA

I don't know about Chase.
Calling Support on the phone might be your best bet.
