I am unable to import Citibank transactions. Does anyone know of a solution?

I downloaded the QFX file of transaction for 2018 and then selected the account I want to synch in Quicken, went to File/Import and selected the right file. But the transactions do not load. I have a Wells Fargo account and it worked fine. Is there something I can do to make this work for Citi transactions?

Sorry that you are experiencing this difficulty.
You can switch to using Quicken Connect using Citi, as this is supported for automatic downloads.
