Is American Express blocking Quicken downloads again?

The American Express website may be down.  https://www.americanexpress.com URL  Mostly this happens when American Express block Intuit IPS.  Please verify that you can connect to your bank and navigate until you can see your transactions.  Visit Your Bank.  Aggregator_in_Error (FI_Website_Unavailable:ccscrape.105)

I am unable to choose Direct Connect when I choose "options" from the set-up downloads menu. I deactivated downloads in hopes that I could re-set something.

Fixed. Apparently, the account entry for American Express Delta Skymiles doesn't allow the choice of Direct Connect, but choosing simply American Express works.
