Capital One accounts don't download, gives blank screen instead of log on

Capital One connections seem not to be working at all. My account stopped downloading. I finally deleted it and tried re-adding it. However it pops up a blank screen  when it says its taking me to the Capital One login page. I'm now totally stuck. Created a new blank file and tried adding a Cap One account there and same issues. This is really screwed up and a MAJOR problem. I understand it might be Cap One's fault but still this needs handled immediately and makes using Quicken very difficult.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    There is a known issue affecting Capital One accounts in the Quicken for Windows products, however, Capital One accounts should be adding/updating correctly in Quicken for Mac.

    Are you still experiencing a blank window when attempting to re-add the account?  If so, which Capital One name is being selected from the Financial Institution list?
