Is there a way to view a list of an Account's Scheduled Transactions? If not, why not?

You did not indicate which version of Mac you are using - for QMac Subscription;

Open the Bills & Income tab.
Select Projected Balances tab.

Look closely at the customization tabs at the top of the register.
You can customize this view - e.show all accounts or selected accounts, date range, etc.
