Can I run Quicken from my two home locations

I have been a Quicken user for 10+ years. I have 2 homes and wondering if Quicken offers a web-based solution that allows me to run my Quicken account from “anywhere”. I’m thinking the answer has to be yes?

The simple answer is no. Quicken is still runs on a local computer though there is now Quicken on the Web but it has limitations. You can install Quicken on a computer at each home and backup to a cloud storage service and then restore each time you change homes.
