The easiest (and safest) way is just print the reports your accountant needs.

You could establish a Remote Desktop Connection on your computer to allow them access to your computer via the internet and run Quicken on your computer viewing/manipulating it from their computer..
Quicken, itself, is not designed for "sharing" access to the file. Quickbooks has that capability.
