Issues with Raymond James downloads

I updated my Quicken for Mac a few months ago and now it won't download quotes or update the accounts, When I try and set up a new file and put in my RJ account info I get this message: Quicken cannot communicate with Raymond James and Associates

Because of the way that Direct Connect works between banks, I would recommend trying to Deactivate and Reactivate your Raymond James account in your original Quicken file.

Reactivate Accounts: https://www.quicken.com/support/reactivating-deactivated-account
Please let us know if this works for you or if you have additional errors when you try to reactivate your brokerage in your Quicken file.
