Downloading Navy Federal account data

I'm getting an error now saying I have to update security settings on the NFCU web site. When I go there, there is nothing about upgrading security, therefore I can't download any data. It was working a few days ago, and all other accounts work fine - just not NFCU

    Not yet. I figured I let them have a couple of days to fix it. If it's not working by Wednesday (6/12) I'll give them a call.
