Cannot open Quicken after update to 27.1.19.44

Trying to open Quicken, get an error message "Not enough memory to proceed." Looking at task manager, only 30% of my memory is in use. Hope this isn't a memory issue, otherwise they should rename Quicken to "iTunes/Chrome combined". Anyone else having this issue and where you able to resolve?
