Connect QB to Quicken for Rental Management [edited]

We are a rental management company who currently uses QuickBooks for the accounting aspects, but we're looking for software we can start using for our tenants, as well. Is there a way to link our quickbooks with the quicken software for rental management?

There is no way to link QB to Quicken. QB can convert a Quicken file but not the other way.
