ONGOING 8/25/21 Users Unable to Add Capital One eBills/Online Billers

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Mac and Windows Users receiving an error when attempting to add or update eBills/Online Bills with Capital One.

Capital One is currently unavailable for online bills and some customers may see an Account is locked message after attempting to add or refresh their online bills with Capital One. In some cases, the account is not locked but we recommend you log in to Capital One's website to confirm the account status.
We also recommend that you do not attempt to add Capital One online bills at this time.
We are working on a solution, but there is currently no ETA.
This issue does not affect adding or updating accounts to download transactions and only applies to Users attempting to add Capital One eBills/Online Bills to Quicken for Mac and Windows.If you would like to be automatically notified once this issue has been resolved, please "bookmark" this Alert by clicking the bookmark icon in the upper right corner.

ONGOING 8/10/19
Adding Capital One as an online biller is still failing and returning a "Biller Account Locked" error message.
Some customers may find their account locked after attempting to add or refresh Capital One as an online biller. It's important that we do not attempt to add Capital One as an online biller at this time.
We are currently working on a fix, however, there is no ETA as of this time.

This issue is continuing and all Quicken for Windows and Mac Users are still unable to add "Capital One" as an e-biller/Online Biller.
We are continuing to work with our Service Providers and Capital One to resolve this issue as soon as possible, however there is no ETA on when a solution will be available.
If you haven't already, we encourage you to "bookmark" this Alert to automatically receive updates and/or a resolution once available.

All Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac Users are still unable to add Capital One as an e-biller/Online Biller, as Capital One is continuing to block our Service Provider for online bills.
We are continuing to work with our Service Provider and Capital One to resolve this issue as soon as possible, however, there is still no ETA on a resolution.
We recommend that all Users not attempt to add Capital One to online bills.
