Transactions Entered In Mobile Not Downloading To Desktop

Ok. I have transactions in the mobile app that I entered an can see. When I sync mobile & Web the transactions are not downloading to the desktop.

Are your accounts currently setup in the Preferences section of Quicken:
If they are, we would recommend try resetting the data on the cloud and see if your data downloads into Quicken from the mobile app:
Give this a try and let us know if this works for you or if you have any other questions.
