Install requires manual removal of Quicken program, but, there are no Quicken files?

Attempted re-install. Quicken program were removed but re-install failed. Now install program requires manual removal of Quicken program files. But, program file list does not show Quicken? Manual uninstall does not show Quicken files? How can I install Quicken Premier?
