Problem with internet connection after reinstalling Quicken 2018

I uninstalled Quicken 2018 due to not being able to connect to the internet. Reinstalled version 19.55.
After reinstalling, my accounts appear for 5 seconds. Then the screen changes to: PLEASE CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN. What is the solution to my problem?

In Windows, open Internet Options, select the Advanced tab, uncheck all the use SSL options, check all of the use TLS options, and select OK.
