Sorry, I didn't realize you were using a Mac though I did find this article:
https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-accountDeactivate a Quicken for Mac account
- Click on the account name in the bar down the side of Quicken Mac
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom right corner
- Click the Troubleshooting button
- Click the Deactivate Downloads button
- Click Save
What if the Deactivate button is grayed out?
This could be a sign of data integrity issues and we recommend you contact Quicken Support.

I suggest deactivating Online Services and then reactivating and linking to the Schwab brokerage account.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100

I can't get the settings button to show on this brokerage account--only on another bank account.0
